Then, once they landed in the senior living industry, they found a passion as well. The industry is unique because it combines healthcare, housing, lifestyle, and and then senior care as well. They found passion with a purpose. 

What they found discouraging was a lack of caring. A lack of compassion. Severe burnout. The “purpose” was missing from most organizations. Putting the purpose at the front of everything made a difference. The revenue came as a result. Profit came after that.

The principals learned that putting the customer first always seems to win. Doing the right thing consistently provided the best results, time and time again. Resident-centered. Patient-centered. Person-centered. Furthermore, our vision is to serve those who care for senior citizens and others in need of safe and nurturing housing. Next Level was founded on the principles of compassionate, expert care.
